Senior Manager- Strategy – Dynamic Industry recruitment
This Iconic, brand name organization is currently looking to recruit a senior member of their Strategy leadership team to manage a portfolio of projects across the business.
Reporting directly to the GM of Strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic project proposals, scoping and leading approved projects and working in partnership with Group business owners to implement strategic recommendations and realise value for the business and customers. You will manage and coach strategy consultants and analysts and mentor key business stakeholders to build the Strategy capability internally
This role will suit a Tier 1 management consultant (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, AT Kearney etc…) who is keen to pursue a line role in an interesting and dynamic industry sector and work with some exceptional likeminded peers. You will have advanced analytical skills and first class academics. You will be comfortable presenting up to board level and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
