Our client is a well-established global Insurance Group with a long established presence in Asia. With a constant growth of the Group, particularly within the Hong Kong Market, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced high caliber Project Manager to work in the local office Strategy team.
This role will focus on the oversight and management of projects that are assigned within the larger project manifesto. The projects will be managed from the creation of ideas to the realisation and implementation through sound project/change management techniques. There will be a requirement to oversee the management reporting and analysis for the Strategy and Project area playing a key role supporting the senior management team on decision making for the team and wider business. The successful candidate for this role will have exceptional communication skills, not only being able to work across multiple levels of management but also be able to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadline on time every time.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
• A proven track record in strategy/projects within a large MNC Insurer or Financial Services Institution
• Over eight years relevant experience ideally starting in Management Consulting.
• A degree with an MBA ideally
• Fluency in Chinese and English
