Responsibilities

Working in engagement teams at an appropriate level, deliver project requirements and ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded; senior applicants will be able to demonstrate experience of leading and motivating large teams on simultaneous engagements
Contribute to the growth of the forensic services practice through the development of new markets, opportunities and services
Build personal networks of contacts within the firm, with intermediaries and with clients to support further development of the business
Further develop existing specialist knowledge and expertise in a key forensic service.
Manage and control billing and debt collection on assignments

Experience and skills requirements:

An accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIPFA)
Relevant industry experience of investigative and/or other forensic work (public or private sector), and the ability to apply that experience to other situations
Strong accounting knowledge and understanding as a significant proportion of forensic work relates to investigation of accounting transactions, disclosures and the way transactions got reflected in the financial statements

Accurate under pressure and flexible in approach
Willing to travel regularly to client sites, possibly abroad
Able to speak with clarity and conviction in business presentations

Strong communication skills. Able to conduct meaningful interviews/conversations with various levels of clients employees
Able to summarize and conclude on the information obtained
Russian and English languages – good level (spoken, written)
