Senior Manager, Treasury, CM, Operations Excellence
Benefiting from direct client exposure and working with and learning from some of the top Treasury practitioners in our field, you will be given the opportunity to develop quickly, add real value for our clients and build credibility in the industry from an early stage.
You will be working closely alongside Directors and Partners and have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business and also help recruit the best people, coach and support them whilst driving activity such as Treasury proposition development and marketing.
To be successful in this role of working on complex and challenging Treasury projects, you will need to focus on understanding the wider issues faced within the Treasury function, able to articulate the key issues and risks to various stakeholders, understand the client needs and translate them into feasible solutions aligned with the bank's overall strategy.
Assignments will focus on offering a client a multi-facetted approach to Treasury management solutions and will include:
- Operating model design and delivery
- Process transformation
- Project management
- Cost reduction
- Risk and Regulation (e.g. intra-day liquidity, EMIR/D-F, Basel 3, RRP)
- Business process strategy and redesign
- Data Analytics
Responsibilities
You will have responsibility for:
- Leading multiple, high-profile projects and bids, whilst developing innovative thought leadership
- Understanding the client needs and translating them into feasible solutions
- Defining new processes and/or business requirements for the bank Treasury function
- General process performance analysis (efficiency, error / waste elimination, re-engineering etc)
- Technology transformation support - business process and organisation re-design around a large systems migration.
