Senior Manager Trust and Intermediaries – Based in Jersey, Channel Islands recruitment

As Head of Trust Intermediaries, you would be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Relationship Managers and Support Managers approximately 14 in total who specialise in providing solutions to key and high value Trust and Intermediary clients. Coaching, mentoring and developing the team to deliver exceptional service and high performance to generate increased revenue to the business whilst maintaining adherence to risk and regulatory requirements. In terms of experience, the ideal candidate will be a highly capable and proven energetic sales manager and leader with a background in corporate banking and a strong understanding of Trust Companies and Intermediaries.
