Senior Manager/ VP, Corporate Development – Investment Bank recruitment
Our client is a major investment banking group, and one of the most successful financial services firms in the world.
They have a dynamic and highly successful in house MA team, which works on execution of major mergers and acquisitons, capital investment and corporate acquisitions for the group, and plays an active part in the overall strategic planning of the firm.
They are now looking to add a Senior Manager, Corporate Development, who will work at a senior role within the group. The role will work on the execution of acquisitions and disposals for the company, and the project management of assignments as principal.
We are interested in meeting candidates who will have a background as follows:
- investment banking professionals, at the senior associate to VP level, with investment banks
- corporate development professionals from other financial services firms, having trained in investment banking
- candidates must have great financial services deal experience
