Senior Manager/ VP Level, Private Debt Fund
Our client is a major private debt fund, based in London. They have significant assets under management and are an established and innovative lender in the market.
They now need a Senior Manager/ VP level professional, who will work on the origination and execution of loans and investments for the fund. It is a pan-European role.
The position will involve origination, assessment of opportunities, obtaining investment committee approval, writing legal documentation of new investments and full exposure to the lifecycle of the investment.
Candidates will have a track record in originating and executing private debt transactions, have demonstrated strong credit skills and knowledge of loan documentation, and superb communication skills. You must have a desire to build relationships with European market participants for origination of investments. Its probably suitable for someone at the Assistant Director/ VP/ Senior Manager level with another lender or leveraged finance provider. Strong European languages skills would be very helpful.
