As a key member of the Global Wealth Strategy team the Senior Manager Wealth Strategy is responsible for delivering a number of key priorities for the Global Wealth Division, specifically, providing input into the Wealth strategy development (3 year plan) and managing all Mergers and Acquisitions activity in conjunction with ANZ Group MA.  This position will also play a significant role in ensuring the Global Wealth Strategy team supports the CEO Wealth, GM Strategy and Wealth Leadership Team in leading the development of ANZ Wealth's strategy and management of key strategic issues to build strategy capability and achieve longer term growth and profitability ambitions.

 

To secure this role you will need to be MBA qualified with at least 8 years strategy experience including at least 5 years spent in a top tier management consulting firm. You will have proven experience in leading a large scale programs ($10 mil) with exposure to the Financial Services sector. Having exposure to projects relating to 'go to market' technology and strategy will be highly regarded.

 

You will be proactive and innovative with strong analytical skills and business acumen. Also necessary is demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries, instil confidence and maintain and build strong customer relationships. Ideally the incumbent will also have the ability to take on more senior roles in the short term.
