Senior Managing Consultant recruitment
Your tasks:
The Senior Managing Consultant position is part of a Pan-European group that drives the business development activities in alignment with the key strategic projects as well as business initiatives for new market entrants.
Driven by the current changes in the global payments market, this group focuses primarily on identifying new opportunities and the development of holistic client offers.
Key elements of this position are:
- Development of business proposals for new business initiatives, consulting projects and internal projects
- Work on consulting delivery projects throughout Europe
- Structure, develop and deliver RfP proposals in collaboration with the holding company
- Be accountable for key project metrics such as budget, margin, utilization rates and on-time delivery
- Identify new approaches for improving the holding’s solutions to better manage the performance of the payments business
- Preparation and presentations for Board Meetings,
Sponsor-Meetings, Steering Committees, Target Setting Meetings, Progress Reviews, etc - Liaise with senior management stakeholders to drive final proposal
Your qualification:
- 3-5 years of experience with a leading consultancy company, corporate development function, or equivalent
- Work experience in the financial services/payments industry –experience in other industries is a plus, especially Telecommunications, E-Commerce, Retail
- Able to manage complexity
- Highly analytical and communicative – Team Player is a must
- Business Fluency in English, other languages are an added bonus
- Good university degree from a leading university
- Ideally you have an additional qualification (e.g. PhD/MBA) and work experience abroad
- Willingness for international travel
