PRIMARY DUTIES
- Oversight and ensuring effective execution of projects while maintaining the practice’s service quality standards;
- Actively promoting the revenue growth and margin expansion of the practice and of the wider FTI business;
- Assisting in a proactive manner in marketing the practice and winning work;
- Identifying opportunities to expand the wider FTI business, wherever these may arise and reporting;
- Typical engagements for a variety of corporate clients consist of the following:
- Strategic reviews
- Forecasting and financial modeling
- Cashflow and profit improvement
- Cost structure analysis and revenue initiatives
- Cash management
- CRO and Interim Management
- Sourcing reviews and supplier negotiations
- Engagements are expected predominately take place in the PRC but also other jurisdictions within Asia;
- Utilize knowledge and logical reasoning skills to provide complete client services;
- Work to ensure a quality product, as well as deliver all work within established timeframes;
- Prepare draft expert reports and other reports to third parties, as necessary, on the project scope, findings and/or results of activities;
- Prepare effective PowerPoint presentations and quantitative exhibits for third parties on project scope and findings;
- Maintain professional image within the firm and project the same to those outside the firm;
- Track progress of cases and monitor workflow of different matters;
- Lead, train and develop a team of staff;
- Coordinate and review the work of others and ensure the timely completion of engagements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 15+ years experience working in the operational turnaround/restructuring field;
- MBA or some other appropriate qualification;
- Experience of working in Asia and for multinational clients;
- Ability to travel when requested;
- English and Mandarin preferred.

- Successfully summarizes complex information into an easy-to-read format;
- Able to manage a project’s scope, timeline, tasks, resources and time/cost estimate;
- Is able to work successfully on and manage multiple projects;
- Collaborates with other team members and other teams to ensure there are no overlaps or missed items when leading large and/or multiple projects;
- Team oriented, provides leadership, direction and development of staff;
- Is a self-starter with the ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment
