Our client is at the forefront of developing medicines and diagnostics that allow patients live longer, better lives. A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Market Manager to join the firm and help develop their marketing strategy and tactical action plans within a specific area of business

The job

· Analyse market information and identify relevant business opportunities and threats
· Deliver the committed sales budget plan for the year taking into account Ad Media and other expenditure
· Help develop appropriate marketing strategy and tactical actions to support business objectives
· Help produce one and three-year marketing plans in words and figures annually
· Produce a detailed breakdown of promotional budget required to help implement marketing plan
· Clearly communicate the marketing plan and brief on marketing activities to relevant Roche personnel
· Gain support across the wider business on all marketing operations to achieve planned sales and profit contributions
· Be accountable for the administration of assigned product portfolio to ensure it meets customer demand/business need

The person

· Experience of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Sakes
· 1-2 years successful sales experience
· Proven ability in customer focus and satisfaction
· Degree level education
· Experience in product management including forecasting and pricing
· Able to work in a team environment
· Dedicated to completion of set goals and targets
· Able to identify and evaluate business opportunities
· Flexible attitude to challenging situations
· Agency management experience
· Can demonstrate self motivation
· Prepared to challenge the status quo
· Convincing presenter and can converse to all levels with internal and external customers
