Senior Marketing Analytics Manager recruitment
Job Description:
- Utilize both web analytics and data analysis to determine effectiveness of marketing initiatives, leveraging tools such as Omniture and Google Analytics to provide a consolidated view to marketing and site optimization, driving organic search (SEO) strategy.
- Analyze effectiveness of SEM programs, optimizing spend and ROI across all eSignal products, continuing refining for lead quality
- Create and rapidly iterate through a strategically chosen set of customer acquisition tests in a variety of mediums - online, offline, mobile and email marketing. Interpret and present performance analysis to key stakeholders to influence data-driven decisions.
- Conduct analytics-based funnel studies to determine most cost effective customer acquisition channels.
- Identify and define success metrics, review and interpret analytics and provide recommendations for site optimization designed to increase traffic and revenue.
- Design and implement statistical testing for custom problem solving, including methodologies such as A/B and multivariate testing
- Collaborate with email/direct marketing team to measure and optimize conversion for email and 3rd party referral traffic, including funnel and click stream analysis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in a hands-on direct marketing role - online (SEM/SEO, email)
- Experience with Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing and email marketing
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid grasp of online marketing and SEO/SEM optimization best practices
- Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently, and with limited direction.
- Bachelor degree required.
- Proven analytical, quantitative reasoning and strategic skills
- Good communication skills – must be able to express analytical finding to key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Omniture/Site Catalyst and Google Analytics platforms
- Exceptional Excel skills, proficiency with Powerpoint and Word
