Senior Marketing Associate – Investment Bank (6-9 month contract) recruitment
The Global Employer Brand team sits in Investment Bank Marketing Communications and manages a global marketing campaign aimed to attract top talent to J.P. Morgan across all levels (from campus recruits to executive and experience hires across the Asia Pacific, Europe and the U.S.) The campaign elements include key messages, jpmorgan.com/careers, online communications channels, creative development, media campaigns, printed collateral, live event road shows, employer related press, diversity campaigns and more.
The role:
As an important part of the Global Employer Brand team, you will play an integral role in the strategy, production, development and implementation of the employer brand campaign in Asia, covering key countries such as Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, India and Singapore. You will partner closely with the Employer Brand team across regions, the Investment Bank businesses, recruiting managers, the Marketing and Communications team, and external creative agencies to develop and implement the marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
During the contract period (until end of 2012), you will report to the lead of the Asia Pacific Employer Brand team and also partner closely with another Senior Associate to develop and implement on campaign components. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support research design, analyzing and reporting results
- Develop, edit and manage on our websites content
- Video development and content editing
- Develop printed collateral
- Develop advertising creative and media strategy (online, offline and social media)
- Plan and run live events
- Present the campaign to recruiters and business stakeholders
- Write internal communications to enhance employee engagement of our recruitment strategy and programs
- Manage budgets for your assigned projects
- Work closely with counterparts in New York and London on global projects (there will be occasional evening conference calls)
Skills
The ideal candidate would have strong experience in marketing with an interest in recruitment and the finance industry. A background in financial services or previous marketing agency experience would be considered an asset but is not essential.
