Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial Banking recruitment
The Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial Banking (CMB) reports to the Regional Head of CMB Marketing, with in country accountability to both Marketing and CMB Australia.
Your primary objective in this role is to lead and manage the strategy, planning, design, development and delivery of all aspects of the marketing mix in order to drive and support profitable revenue growth for relevant segments within Australia. You will also be expected to effectively manage agency and supplier relationships to maximize service delivery and to prepare marketing submissions and evaluations for regional and group approval as required.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Growing market share and share of wallet, delivering profitable revenue growth and building brand strength within the CMB target audiences.
- Managing targeted marketing activities for relevant CMB segments and supporting the business with segmented proposition development.
- Working closely with business owners to develop an understanding of their businesses and identify their communication needs.
- Contributing to the strategic leadership and direction within the Marketing as well as the CMB teams.
- Driving and supporting referral programs across customer groups.
- Controlling costs and maximising return on investment of marketing initiatives, whilst ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial institution working with business/institutional customers in a marketing or product role.
- Proven experience in the planning and execution of all elements of the marketing mix.
- Strong understanding of the financial products and issues relevant to businesses/institutions.
- The ability to manage relationships at various levels of seniority and with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects with multiple tasks and stakeholders.
