Senior Marketing Manager – Insurance recruitment
Our client is a market leading financial services organization which is over 80 years old and focuses on developing innovative products in areas such as life, medical and personal insurance. They are now looking for an experienced marketing candidate to come on board asap to develop solid marketing campaigns for all of their channels. This is a new position as the company is currently further expanding in the coming future.
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Marketing, this role will require you to lead a team to develop and implement brand marketing campaigns in order to meet different business objectives. You will be involved in developing and executing on both Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line marketing activities for agents and potential end users. You will develop solid marketing promotions in order to raise the profile of their current pension schemes.
The successful candidate should be a degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines with at least 10 years’ marketing experience and a minimum of 3 years in the financial services sector. Experience in brand management is a must. You will have excellent command of written English and Chinese and good communication and interpersonal
