Senior Marketing Manager (Global)

Salary: Up to £75k basic (dependant on experience) + Bonus Full Benefits.
The Company
Our client is a world-renowned gaming organization, boasting a customer base of some 10 million subscribers. They are looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Manager to the team responsible for their flagship product, a position of significant seniority within the organization and a remuneration package to match.
The Role
The successful candidate will support the Executive Team in the organisation of international marketing campaigns to drive growth and profitability for the organisation's flagship product.
Through careful, in depth analysis of player and Industry trends, the Global Marketing Manager will make recommendations to the Executive team on the launch and growth strategies of this incredibly popular and globally recognised product.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive team in the overall direction and strategy
- Define the market position of the game product through in depth analysis of the marketplace and competitors
- Fully responsible for maximising conversion, engagement and monetisation of products
- Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy
- Develops a deep understanding of players and the competitive landscape through continual analysis of user behaviours and market research
- Work closely with developers, games designers and community managers to constantly improve the customer experience
The Person
- Extensive experience in the marketing and brand management of consumer facing products
- An understanding of the software development industry
- Experience of planning and developing customer acquisition and retention programmes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch and present to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Proven experience of Product Management
