Senior Marketing Manager recruitment
Role : Based in Geneva you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will be in charge of the marketing product of the entire range of the asset management offer with a generalist approach on all asset class and all distribution channels, institutional, retail private clients
In charge of the product messages, you will be responsible in providing AM product support in the content of information and presentations, web side, press releases, RFPs, and all types of commercial documentation with a global approach. You will be in charge of the quality of the documents produced by the contents team, upgrade texts, and improve offer coherence on a global level. You will work closely with the portfolio managers and product managers.
In charge of launching product campaigns, new concepts, you will also be involved in more creative work. As a transversal marketing product manager you will be part in the marketing strategy and you will manage a small dedicated team.
Profile : You must be able to speak and write perfectly in English as it is the working language and you would desirably have a reasonable level in French.
With a high level of education business or engineering school or with a master in economic, you are a senior marketing manager and led various projects in fund product marketing with at least 10 years of professional experience with particular expertise in marketing in a big asset management company recognised for his marketing offers.
You have a serious experience in product marketing and product engineering in an ideally similar Anglophone environment.
You have good IT skills and be comfortable using software such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Bloomberg, Reuters, Micropal and Lipper, and other systems used in asset management and the back office.
You must possess an excellent marketing and product approach and have a good knowledge of funds and asset management in general. You have excellent communication skills in speaking and writing and you are creative. You have proven team working skills and possess a certain disposition on the acquisition and sharing of skills and knowledge within a small team of professionals.
You should be able to create important relationships, have entrepreneurial qualities and be fairly flexible.
