Senior Customer Strategy Planning Manager
Can be based either London or Northampton
£45K to £65K
Joining us as our Senior Customer Strategy Planning Manager, you'll help shape and deliver an exciting B2B marketing strategy. With responsibility for defining marketing strategies and propositions and agreeing our marketing objectives you will deliver innovative quarterly and annual marketing plans, working with key business stakeholders, insights and the Marketing Team. You'll also develop the create briefs to deliver integrated marketing campaigns by working across our business area to realise joint marketing opportunities. Working closely with Finance you'll help manage our overall marketing budget and report back on performance against targets. As a leader you'll also manage and support your direct report in their career
.
What You Will Need
- Expert knowledge in marketing strategy, research methodology and insight generation
- Extensive experience of delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and businesses
- Ability to work with and influence senior individuals and teams across different areas, functions and business units, challenging and overcoming organisational boundarie
- People managements skills - ability to grow, develop and inspire high standards of performance
- Strong communications skills - verbal and written
- Strong track record of budget management
