Senior Marketing/Project Manager
Basic Purpose Develop advanced strategic marketing plans for Academy products and services to meet or exceed campaign goals. Analyze and create marketing reports for marketing campaigns.
Primary Duties
§ Develop marketing plans based on project objectives, target audience, goals, ROI and present to appropriate project stakeholders.
§ Research different marketing vehicles to determine which ones will be appropriate to the specific marketing campaign
§ Research and recommend new avenues to expand the reach of specific target audiences
§ Test and analyze results of marketing deliverables/segments/messaging
§ Analyze and report results of all marketing campaigns, and adjust marketing campaigns as needed
§ Work with Digital team to enhance marketing reporting system to provide useable data for clients and marketing team
§ Coordinate and create quarterly marketing reports for department
§ Provide message direction to project manager and incorporate into the marketing plans
§ Works in collaboration with MCT implementation team and clients to ensure execution of marketing plan
§ Manage multiple marketing calendars.
§ Request lists, set-up aliases (as needed) for marketing campaigns
§ Review and coordinate updates of web pages affecting the implementation of marketing campaigns
§ Perform competitive and product market analysis, as needed
§ Manage social media, as assigned
§ Manage projects, as assigned
Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience 5-10 years of related professional experience
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
· Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
· Must be proficient in Power Point
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to handle confidential information
· Ability to work on projects under only general supervision
· Familiar with and applies a variety of the marketing concepts, practices, and procedures, including internet based marketing practices
· Must have working knowledge of MS Project
· Excellent project management and facilitation skills
· Ability to plan cross-department projects, including projects with digital component
· Ability to motivate, encourage, and facilitate creative thought process
