The scope of the program includes On-Call General Engineering and Consulting Services. Within this program Parsons will be executing various construction and design task orders for rail and bus facilities in the Washington Metro area. Need There is a need for Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the Rail Transit team's efforts with this program. The successful candidate will integrate the various engineering aspects, applying engineering techniques and analyses. Assignments will primarily involve the mechanical design of transportation related facilities, including HVAC, pumping stations, various mechanical utilities, etc. Qualifications - 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering - 12y+ design and project engineering experience in industrial HVAC utility environment (rail facilities experience preferred) - PE registration required Parsons offers an ethical, challenging, diverse, rewarding and fun work experience where enthusiastic, responsible people use their energy, talent and dedication to make a difference in the world.
