Senior Metrics Analyst / Senior Business Analyst
Summary: Under general direction, the Sr. MetricsAnalyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and utilizing operationalperformance data to identify, prioritize, and deliver improvements to thebusiness. The Sr. Metrics Analyst will develop and maintain standardreporting measures, recommend action plans, and provide ongoing analysis ofsolutions. S/he will work with all levels of management by leading,coaching or assisting in projects to improve defect rates, cycle time, costs,or customer satisfaction. Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS,Statistics or demonstrated successes in related field is required; advanceddegree preferred. Superior analytical and creative problem solvingskills. Demonstrated successes in data analysis and action planning thatleads to solutions with bottom line value. Solid knowledge of measurements and statistics. Demonstrated competency in training and coachingothers in Process Improvement and Quality skills. Outstanding presentation and writtencommunication skills. Must be able to communicate with all levels of theorganization. Strong leadership, negotiation, influence andchange management skills with ability to facilitate cross-functional teams andgenerate buy-in. Advanced computer skills including MicrosoftOffice tools and common statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SPSS). Demonstrated Project Management successes. Self starter, demonstrates personal initiativeand willingly assumes responsibility. Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred ITIL Certification Preferred
