Senior MI Analyst – Operations recruitment

The role of the Transformation Management within the Group is two fold.

1)   -     Driving the Off-shoring program across the Rates and Credit team, NA and EMEA

-Building and Tracking projects from the Process Excellence Book of Work (PEX)

-SOX- Sarbanes Oxley

-Business Continuity Management

-Total Cost of Ownership

2)   -     MIS Production- delivering through FICC IT, Ops IT and DMO Offshore

-Pulling together various analysis and commentary around DMO metrics

-Production of a RFT pack and analysis of RFT, RFT root cause and actions to improve

-Weekly Business pack production and call with the Front Office Business Management

-Pulling together Risk packs

-Analysing reporting requirements utilizing UBS data and accurately and quickly responding to all reporting queries.

-Reporting such as Volume, Regulatory and Trade Population

-Execution and continual Improvement of DMO performance reporting

-MIS reporting key performance indicators and statistics to respective stakeholders

• The individual should have a good understanding of the control environment of the Middle office processes and controls.

• Database and VBA skills advantageous but not essential

• Have a clear understanding of the Front to Back Process and associated controls needed to manage operational risk.

• Product/Process Knowledge of Flow derivatives such as CDS, LCDS, CDX, IRS would be an advantage.

• Understanding of Costs (total cost of ownership) would be a benefit

• Focus on delivery and impact: proven track record in delivering results and achieving targets

• Strong risk and control mindset essential
