Senior MI Analyst recruitment
The role in question is two fold to include Project/Change Delivery and BAU – MI Reporting
The Project/Change Delivery encompasses providing
- business decision support for the various Global Functions transformation programmes,
- support in coordinating, managing and tracking progress on the various functional realignment workstreams,
- support in managing changes to the business framework and TM1 MI reporting system working with onshore and offshore IT teams
- and proactively looking to engage the relevant global businesses, functions, finance, HR, and operations teams on key topics of concern which may affect the progress of the Global Functions transformation programmes
BAU – MI reporting encompasses
- providing analytical and MI support for the oversight and review of Global Functions financials
- assisting with the Global Functions Annual Operating Plan process
- managing ad hoc queries and prepare analysis and presentations as required for senior management
Skills/Requirements
• 5-7 years financial industry experience, preferably in a generalist role with background in project management, MI or cost/FTE reporting, and finance change delivery.
• Proven leadership and relationship management skills in dealing with all levels, with the confidence to interact with senior management and make measured decisions which may have far reaching implications
• Strong influencing, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent communication (written verbal), planning and organisation skills
• Ability to highlight problems but more importantly offer innovative and practical solutions, and drive through their execution in a collective environment and in a timely manner
• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or overseas equivalent
• Good systems skills (including use of TM1, Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
