Role Summary
The Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will advise and deliver on all business and technical aspects of deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its associated technologies. They will work with prospects, clients and team members in the evaluation, project planning and implementation of Dynamics solutions.
They will support internal awareness by evangelizing the benefits of Dynamics CRM internally to Logica management, sales teams and solution / technical architect communities.

With a strong commercial acumen and a drive to deliver real business benefits, they will be key in supporting the pre-sales process with scope definition, solution architecting, estimating and resource planning, proposal development and presentation / demonstration delivery.

On contract award, they will be responsible for translating business requirements into fit-for-purpose Dynamics solutions through the complete project lifecycle. Using either waterfall or agile methods, these projects will be delivered to precise quality standards using appropriate documentation and structured methodologies including Sure Step. Delivering business benefits will be central to all these engagements.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate must have all or most of the following skills and experience:
• Dynamics CRM implementation experience covering several full project life-cycles at enterprise level across numerous sectors.
• Used general business consulting skills to implement Dynamics CRM solutions to deliver tangible, sustainable business benefits.
• Pre-sales experience including project scope definition, resource estimating, proposal development, delivering presentations and demonstrations.
• Business analysis and design skills including requirements gathering, business analysis, running process workshops and designing fit-for-purpose solutions using recognized methods including UML
• Using, and advising on the use of, structured implementation methodologies in both agile and waterfall scenarios including the use of Sure Step.
• Hands-on experience of designing, configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM up to the latest release.
• Experience of leading teams other CRM consultants and development teams, preferably including offshore teams
• Deep understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and deployment options together with a good understanding of key Dynamics CRM processes including Sales, Marketing and Service Management.
• Strong Microsoft development experience including .NET, WebServices and XML together with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics development tools and development standards.
• Experience of associated technologies including MS SQL Database Reporting Services, SQL Views, Stored Procedures, Data Translation Services, Jscript, etc
• Good understanding of complimentary Microsoft solutions including Office, Exchange, Share Point, BizTalk, BI, etc.
• Ability to design and specify extensions to Dynamics CRM including web components, plug-ins, workflow extensions and integrations with other applications
• Currently have, or willing to achieve, latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications

Desirable Skills and Experience
• Experience Microsoft accelerators and 3rd Party Add-ons and tools including Scribe
• Understanding of CRM disciplines and best business CRM practice using other CRM solutions ideally Oracle, Seibel or Salesforce.com.
•Delivered large complex CRM enterprise scale solutions, preferably in a global context.
