We are currently recruiting for a Senior Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager guru in our San Antonio office. This consultant position will be responsible for providing expertise related to (one or more) of the Systems Center products design, implementation, and upgrades in medium to large enterprise environments. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity for a growing company in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing and understanding client requirements
- Assisting in developing Statements of Work
- Developing designs and implementation plans
- Forming strong client relationships
- Acting as a technical lead for implementation
- Assisting in a pre-sales capacity
Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in network infrastructure
- 3+ years experience in technical consulting
- Experience with medium to large complex enterprise design, implementations, and upgrades with at least one of the Systems Center products
- MCSE or MCITP: Server or Enterprise Administrator
Preferred:
- Experience with competing products (NetIQ, HPOV, Zenworks, Big Fix)
- ITIL Certification
- Hyper-V or VMWare virtualization experience
- Experience with App-V, Med-V, MDT, ACT, OSD
- IBCM
