Senior Mining Research Analyst
This is an opportunity to join a leading firm which has a strong global brand in equities and is known as a market leader in Australia and the APAC region. We are currently seeking a person who has the ability to conduct in depth financial analysis in to the major mining companies in the region and further develop the firms research capabilities in the mining space. You will also be responsible for the management and mentoring of some junior staff.
To be a strong candidate for this postion you should be able to offer the following:
- A track record of financial analysis either within banking or the mining industry over a period of ten years or more.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills, along with the ability to quickly establish productive relationships
- Very strong understanding of the factors affecting major metals and energy markets globally.
- Strong commercial ethos
