The Senior Mobile Innovation Specialist is responsible for ensuring all key Mobile Banking initiatives rolled out across the Australia Division are clearly defined and meet all mobile development and design guidelines. They must liaise with many stakeholders all wanting to implement change within the mobile channel.

The role will use influencing skills and stakeholder management to help reduce duplication across Mobile initiatives and ensure all projects within Mobile are scalable across all divisions, align to global and Australian online and mobile strategy and are consistent with best practice customer experience.

The role champions the mobile initiatives through the technology project pipeline and plays a key role in prioritising all initiatives across Australia Division, determining what order goes into the estimation process along with prioritising the release management schedule.

Skills needed for this role are 2-3 years experience within Mobile or Online channel/product development - Tertiary qualifications in business or information systems/ecommerce/statistics or related fields - In depth knowledge of Mobile principles, best practice Mobile customer experience guidelines and web analytics - Knowledge of project management framework (Preferably Agile) and issues resolution is desirable.
