Senior Mobile Developer at Servant Interactive (Charleston, SC) (allows remote)
Job Description
Dew Learning, a leading technology company for education web platforms and mobile apps, is looking for a self-motivated software developer to join our team. We work on a variety of challenging and innovative products including our leading edge Dew Learning mobile and web learning platform. Qualified candidates will be creative problem-solvers with flexibility in their approach to software.
Responsibilities
Develop Object C and Java applications on the iOS and Android mobile platforms
Design and Create databases using SQL Lite or other light weight data structures
Integrate products with server-side web service layer
Work with small team to test, document, and deploy software
Skills Requirements
4+ years of experience developing software applications with a focus on consumer products and pixel perfect user experience.
2+ years experience developing for smart phone platforms (iOS/Android phones and tablets)
Working knowledge of the Java and Objective-C programming languages and libraries.
Strong background in SQL Server, mysql, and/or postgres including database design and query optimization is optional but a plus.
Experience with web technologies (javascript, css, etc) including .NET development is optional but a plus.
Developer will be working closely with a small fast-paced team so good communication skills and collaboration skills are a must.
