Job description
As modification engineer you are positioned to prepare, execute and supervise modifications to technical installations using contracted parties. This includes planning, quality, safety, budget and complying to the User Requirement Specifications and all applicable guidelines.
Your responsibilities:
- Definition, planning and management of modifications in the disciplines: Process, Pharmaceutical Engineering and Safety Health Environment;
- Acts as the Company Project Manager for one or two Projects that have been approved by Company Management up to a maximum total Portfolio Project budget of Euro 250.000;
- Controls the project costs on budget and implement the necessary systems to ensure financial compliance;
- Acts in a troubleshooting role to find the root cause and propose a solution;
- Manages and controls contractor companies and contractor personnel;
- Must apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices in the modifications.
Who we're looking for
The requirements for this positions are:
- Undergraduate or Master degree in relevant discipline;
- cG(A)MP training courses;
- FDA regulations and cGMP;
- Practical Training Seminars;
- Project Management training seminars;
- Not less than 6 years in processing, chemical or pharmaceutical industry;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are essential;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral.;
- Preferably excellent command of Dutch;
- Result driven;
- Project management skills;
- Team builder;
- Able and willing to work in a complex organization with highly detailed rules and regulations;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous jobs with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter.
