POSITION OVERVIEW : The SrFlash Developer will be primary interface between the creative team and themotion graphics team. The lead will help consult, concept and partner withdesign teams on digital creative for websites, banner campaigns, mobile andtablet products and advertising, and pitch creative. The lead will also beresponsible for partnering with Digital Project Managers on resourcing the MGteam, validating scope, and troubleshooting projects. The leadwill also be responsible for the some production of mobile and tabletadvertising and applications, HTML 5 microsites, online ad campaigns, includingFlash banners and buttons, along with static and animated GIF elements. MANAGERIAL /SUPERVISORY DUTIES : (30%) Resourcing of 3-5 person MotionGraphics/Front End Development team Scoping and consulting validationfor team projects DUTIES REQUIRING DISCRETION ANDINDEPENDENT JUDGMENT: (60%) Tablet and Mobile advertising andmicrosite/application development (HTML 5 preferred) Produce Flash work and GIF animationfor ongoing projects Upload and create ads using richmedia vendor tools (Point Roll, Eyeblaster, Motif, etc.) Work hand-in-hand with InteractiveProducers to meet deadlines Attend pre-production meetings whennecessary ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES: (0%) ADDITIONAL DUTIES: (10%) Hone ActionScript and HTML 5 skillsand research new multimedia technologies Perform basic quality control onfiles created to ensure work follows file naming conventions and adheres to bestpractices EDUCATION: BA/BS degree OTHER: At least 5 years related experienceas a Flash Developer/Designer Samples of new and relevant work McCann Worldgroup is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
