Senior Multi-Asset Performance Analyst recruitment
As Snr. Multi-Asset Performance Analyst you will primarily be responsible for providing detailed Performance Attribution Analytics and client facing consultancy by developing, building and maintaining Multi-Asset Fund Attributions and creation of bespoke performance reports to clients using B-One Point and advanced excel solutions. You will be working with Fund Managers understanding changing client requirements and developing performance measurement processes and analysis to fit new products and techniques. Furthermore, you will be involved in project work whereby suggesting and implementing changes/ improvements to procedures maintaining strong internal/ external relationships.
To qualify for the role you MUST have:
- Excellent theory and practice of performance measurement and attribution (including scenario analysis, benchmarks, ratios, multi-factor/ style/ return decomposition etc analysis) and ex-post risks focused on MULTI-ASSETS (including Equity, Fixed Income, Real Estate, Alternative Assets).
- Robust knowledge of derivative instruments including Futures, Options, Swaps
- Good knowledge of GIPS
- Strong systems experience of Bi-Sam, Barclays Point, VBA/ SQL
- Firm understanding of Tactical Asset Allocation
- Studying for CIPM, CFA or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of Front Office and Marketing requirements
The successful candidate will also possess excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills, coupled with strong team-work and innovative idea generation skills.
