Senior Murex Application Support recruitment
- 12 months rolling and direct contracting model of employment.

- Exposed to cross-assets and a large team of traders, sales and structurers.
- SGD100,000 - SGD140,000 per annum budget
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a global support liaison with teams in Dubai, London, Hong Kong and New York.
- Investigate incidents, requests and problems faced by the front office.
- Manage and co-ordinate recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution.
- Follow escalation procedures during outages and ensure root-cause analysis.
- Trend analysis, Regular reporting to identify areas for review and improvement.
Must Have
- Around 5 years of Murex experience in application support.
- Understands derivatives products such as FX option, Credit, Commodities and IRD.
- Understands and able to perform root-cause analysis and understands P+L issues.
- Background in Murex development will be advantageous.
