Senior Network Engineer - Perm/Midlands/Juniper/M Series/BGP/Cloud/Unix/Network
My client, a software and cloud services start up business specialising in developing, supplying and supporting advanced telecommunications technology, are in the market again looking for a talented Senior Network and Platform Engineer.
As a Senior Network and Platform Engineer, you will have responsibility to craft and own the building and running of the BGP Network. Additional responsibilities include managing the companys iPBX Cloud System and the Server and Telecoms network.
To be considered for this position you will be expected to strong in the following areas;
- Expert in BGP Networking
- Expert in Juniper M Series Routers Firewalls
- Experience in Unix Linux, BSD
- Experience in Architecting server infrastructure
- Experience in SANs
- Experience in SIP/VOIP Protocols
- Experience in Telecoms PSTN Networks (numbering and call routing)
Ideally you will experience in hosting IPBX platforms, BT IP Exchange or similar, developing Telecoms VoIP platforms as well as Telecoms Fraud Control.
