Senior Nordics Key Client Manager
As the Senior Nordics / Scandinavian key client relationship Manager you will work very closely with key client sponsors and account managers (Executive Committee Members, Business Line Heads and Senior Sales / Relationship Managers) to define, implement and monitor key client marketing activities across the UK and EMEA. You will be originating, developing and managing new and existing client relationships within their own financial Institutions portfolio. The main focus of the role is to improve the relevant business lines / asset class knowledge of the clients, strengthen the global relationship and ensure the delivery of the correct levels of service to the client.
Main responsibilities:
The individual will fully drive the process of growing the potential revenues with a selected set of key institutional clients across the Nordic region (15-25 clients) by working closely with the sponsors and the account managers to assess the potential, define the marketing plan and lead its swift implementation you will also be responsible for organizing full account reviews twice per year for each Key Client
You will personally be responsible for developing your own relationship with key clients to have a better view of client’s organization and needs.
Developing the share of wallet assessment through sales and client meetings and a real understanding of the various asset classes through significant experience of working in a senior sales role within Markets
Identify sales and product opportunities and solutions with the clients through a deep understanding of their business and investment strategies
Initiating and organizing Sponsor visits and Briefing notes.
Proposing the relevant initiatives to make the participation of the sponsors and account managers very effective.
Ensuring and monitoring the capture of all information on the Key Clients covered (visits, reports, news) using Intellectual Capital.
