The role will be to undertake sickness absence clinics, face to face and telephone for both NHS and non NHS contracts. Although working as a member of the muti-disclinary team the post holder will be expected to carry their own case load and make independent decisions.

Based primarily at St James University Hospital but will also undertake clinics at the Leeds General Infirmary .No workplace visits or other OH activity will be required. Due to recent retirement this post is purely to maintain service provision to meet the demand in relation to In-Service Referrals.

Although a full band 7 job description is available the only aspects of this that are applicable at this time are those in relation to In-Service Referral clinics.
