Senior NW Europe Power Trader – London recruitment
Leading international commodity trading house with offices in London, Brussels, Singapore and Houston are actively seeking a Senior NW Europe power trader based in London. The firm are expanding rapidly and have a substantial physical asset position - in this role you will be responsible for building out their NW Europe trading desk.
It is expected that you have a strong knowledge of the North West Europe power trading market with demonstrable knowledge and a proven PnL in the power markets. You have substantial derivatives trading experience and ideally a good understanding of interconnector flows. Experience in managing a team of more junior traders is also highly desirable, as you will be responsible for hiring additional traders to the team as you grow the book.
