Senior Occupancy Analyst
The Senior Occupancy Analyst has complete familiarity with the CRE portfolio and a working knowledge of the various business groups' operation. The position is responsible for the development of long term portfolio strategies that align with the Enterprise Real Estate ERE mandate to provide space where and when needed by the business in such a manner that it creates a financial advantage over our competitors. The US Occupancy Manager also manages the overall process by which we measure and report on our occupancy of US corporate space.
*Responsible for management in strategy formulation, strategic plan execution, strategic process improvements, and communication of strategies to all stakeholders.
*Responsible to analyze the existing portfolio, business performance, industry trends, existing or new regulatory requirements and their impact on business operations make recommendations on corporate real estate courses of action, including building exits, consolidations, densification and acquisitions.
*Responsibility to initiate special studies, market and competitive research pertaining to the future of the corporate real estate portfolio.
*Oversee the efforts of our support partner JCI to survey sites and collect occupancy information.
*Has primary responsibility for the reporting that comes from collected data.
*Bachelor Degree Required with less than 15 years experience
*Graduate Business Degree or 15 years related work experience preferred
*Proven experience to manage a team of professionals
*Current experience within Real Estate as a client relationship manager, project manager, business manager, finance manager or strategic business planner.
*Proven delivery of related work in a timely and professional manner, and often under stringent timelines.
