About the Role:
The role will contribute significantly to the development, application and enhancement of the organisational effectiveness function, responsible for designing and managing the culture change activities to ensure alignment with company values. This will be integrated with implementing a workforce planning process and facilitating continuous improvement of staffing and retention practices. You will also be called on to provide change management advice and perform a supportive role for all aspects of OD practice areas including Leadership Development and Performance Management.
