Senior Officer/Assistant Head, Finance recruitment
As part of EDB’s continuous efforts to develop the suite of industry clusters in Singapore, our finance division has been and will continue to be an imperative business partner to support our officers in the front line. With increased pipeline of activities, our finance team is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join them. The selected candidate will provide business finance support to the Board in areas of operations budgeting, management information, cost control and grants administration. In addition to analysing cost structures and ensure timely submission of reports, the selected candidate will be involved in ad-hoc projects covering benchmarking initiatives and process change management.
To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:
• A qualified accountant with a good Honours degree in Business Administration and/or Accountancy and/or Economics
• At least two years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably within renowned organizations and/or multinational companies
• Effective communications skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Self-motivated and dynamic with proven drive for excellence
• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
