Role  Senior Online Channel Programme Delivery Manager  - Financial Services

Responsibilities

1. Develop relationships/Gain credibility with the key stakeholders be an active member of the Senior Management team.

2. Influence the key stakeholders to ensure a clear alignment between business objectives/strategy and the Online Channel / IT activities.

3. Work closely with other IT Delivery and Service heads to optimise project delivery and agree ownership for projects that straddle organisational boundaries.

4. Proactive identification of IT solutions ahead of business demand.

5. Ensure IT leadership is taken in defining requirements for new technologies and software solutions

6. Ensure programme and project delivery commitments are met, through the pragmatic application of relevant delivery processes.

Experience / Requirements

1. Proven Leader - capable of developing credibility and confidence in stakeholders to Executive levels and getting results in an IT environment.

2. Business knowledge - strong, applied knowledge of financial services / banking / treasury sales environments and the Technology needs of this business.

3. Proven experience in delivering Leading Edge / Best in Class – ONLINE - IT Technology solutions in Financial Services.

4. Commercial acumen - an ability to act in the best interests of our client to mutual benefit of all players

5. IT leadership and management specifically in the delivery of complex programmes and effective management of complex stakeholder situations typically gained through seven to ten years experience.
