Due to continued growth and to maximise opportunities within critical client groups, a new role exists for an experienced Front Office recruitment professional to join the team and to focus on the delivery of diverse roles across Macquarie’s capital markets groups.
Working in partnership with this complex, demanding client group, you will be a credible, highly networked and experienced recruitment professional from an internal, RPO or agency environment, with a demonstrable track record of providing innovative recruitment solutions within the Capital Markets space. You will be able to demonstrate a history of successful client partnerships, be intrinsically motivated by achieving client satisfaction and will continuously aspire to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes in a professional and timely manner. A thorough knowledge of the financial services market is essential.
