An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading Investment bank in a management capacity with across Operational Project Management. The division is responsible for a range of banking operations from Middle Office, Finance and Change Management. The department also plays an integral role in business development and the development of taking new products to market.
The role will require an experienced candidate with staff management experience and development, full understanding of Investment banking operations and how the mechanics work from Front to Back Office, and extensive Project Change experience and full life cycle planning through to delivery across a range of areas from operational business process change to regulatory change. The ability to interact between various departments, interpret Technology input and evaluate and understand the business impact, is vital as well and Senior stakeholder management is imperative.
Requirements:
-Extensive Project Management/Programme Management experience supporting operations working for a top tier bank
-Managerial Experience and full Front to Back office understanding
-Working closely with both the Business and Technology stakeholder to ensure effective delivery
-Ability to manage multiple projects, manage project teams and deliver under tight timelines
-Cross Product knowledge and understanding
