An international banking institution with growing operations in the Asian region.
Your success will be determined by your ability to play a key role within the newly formed global operational risk audit team which has been designed to support the operational risk function. You will ensure that operational risk is effectively managed across the group to mitigate current and emerging risks and that the framework meets the appropriate regulatory requirements. Your involvement will be critical in the development and and maintenance of an effective operational risk audit strategy as well as planning and managing the audit activities covering the op risk framework.
To be considered you will be a qualified accountant with strong knowledge and experience of operational risk management within banking as well as standardised and advanced capital management approaches.This is a key role within a regional team so your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand complex issues, manage conflict and provide business solutions.
