Job description:
Operational Risk Management is a topical subject and enjoys a wide interest from all stakeholders, both internally and externally. Managing Operational risk has become an important and integral feature of sound risk management practice in modern financial markets.
As a senior ORM Specialist you, as officer, work closely together with the management of Commercial Banking and are predominantly responsible for the identification of key operational risks.
Other areas of responsibilities include
Representation in the Local Operational Risk Committees chaired by the CEO of the business line.
Advise and support the management of a business line and the management of ORM.
Define and present a quarterly Non Financial Risk Dashboard, to provide insight in the development of the risk profile, to the management of a Business Line.
Action tracking and monitoring of agreed upon mitigation measures, related to identified operational risks.
Profile:
Master degree in Business Economics or equivalent. A degree as Certified Public Accountant (RA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is preferred.
Proven knowledge of Operational Risk Management, Banking business processes and relevant regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a pre.
