Join us. To provide internal project management leadership support in the coordination, implementation, transition of new medical office buildings super hub planning activities. Essential Functions: - Plays key role in the success of major regional initiatives by partnering w/ clients to develop implement large-scale change initiatives lead the work of multi-departmental teams working in a complex environment. In addition, explores identifies opportunities for improvements assists in building internal capacity for effective project management. - Manages multiple client accounts/projects. Recommends strategies develops plans that satisfy client-customer needs senior leadership. - Assembles projects teams, collaborates on individual responsibilities, develops project schedules is responsible for determining resources needed. - Is familiar w/ the entire scope requirements of the project(s) serves as liaison between team members functional area management requesting the project. - Manages multiple projects associated project teams (that are cross-functional multi-disciplinary). Provides consulting support to, acts as, a thought partner w/ other project managers organizational leaders as required. - Conceptualizes develops effective project plans, methodologies approaches. Develops project success metrics. Continuously monitors progress takes corrective actions that ensure successful achievement of project goals - Is responsible for leading managing the dynamics of cross functional process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools processes. - Recognizes, works effectively, in complex, political, ambiguous situations. Uses organization personal influence strategies to encourage desired behavior among those involved to reach goals of project. - Maintains cohesion, focus, productivity among diverse project team members. Helps team members think outside the box. Develops esprit de corps among members. - Develops effective communication strategies. Updates the entire organization, especially those affected by any changes. Keeps project owners sponsors informed of progress, challenges, barriers. - Develops team members other employees throughout the organization on business process redesign, project management, problem solving skills. Identifies skill gaps develops appropriate training plans to fill these gaps. Develops comprehensive transition plans to migrate the project back to the client when initial implementation phase is over. - Networks w/ business partners, vendors independent consultants to remain current w/ industry developments trends. - Conducts organizational assessment to identify opportunities for future improvements in ability to serve customers. - Develops collaborative relationships w/ key business owners w/ other consulting resources in the region - Other duties as assigned.
