Your job:
- Build up a team of 3-5 Operations Experts in Zurich in close cooperation with core team in Geneva
- Plan, direct and coordinate the Operations of customers for continued and improved productivity, performance, efficiency and profitability
- Ensure smooth operational processes that contribute to the production and supply chain of services/goods through provision of effective methods and strategies
Your profile:
- 8-12 years of experience in Line Management and/or Consulting role as international Supply Chain Operations Manager, involving tools technology, process control, product development and project management
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, to include delegation, team work and motivation
- Outstanding Business Development skills paired with cultural versatility and focus on one core industry (Pharma, IP or TICE) with broad network
- Fluent English and German skills in speech and writing
You demonstrate a high degree of complex problem solving ability. You have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills and possess a general technical aptitude.
