Senior Oracle BA - CRM

Vaco Austin is currently looking for a Senior Oracle Business Analyst to provide functional and technical (11i/R12) CRM/Service applications support to our clients internal business units.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide both functional and technical expertise Organize and lead projects of varying scope and complexity. Projects may pertain to new functionality, process improvement, problem resolution, new business model requirements, upgrades, etc.

Required Education/Training:
Bachelor's degree in related, or more 7+ years related experience and/or training.

Required Work Experience:
5+ years working with Oracle CRM applications including of Field Service, Mobile Field Service, Field Service Wireless, Depot Repair, Spares Management, Install Base, TeleService, UWQ, Email Center, iSupport, Knowledge Management and Service Contracts.

Project lead experience, knowledge of MS Project.
Test script generation in support of upgrades, patches and new functionality implementation.
Oracle Alert experience.
SQL/Plus experience.
Forms personalization experience.
Business process requirements gathering.
Oracle release 12.1.3 experience is preferred.
Oracle Order Management experience a plus.
Salesforce.com or eGain Knowledge Management experience a plus.
