Our client is searching for a Senior Oracle DBA for a right-to-hire position in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining the physical designs of database related systems thus requiring direct communication and coordination with the other staff. The incumbent develops, maintains, and ensures compliance of database standards, database security, backup/maintenance and operational procedures. The DBA schedules database administrative resources and provides ongoing and accurate reporting reflecting the commitment of these resources. Our client is a large organization that utilizes cutting edge technology. A drug and background check will be required.
