Senior OutSystems Consultant
You'll lead the implementation of innovative solutions using OutSystems in order to solve complex technical and business issues using an agile approach, by establishing the connection between technical and business teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and build a functional system architecture based on business needs and drivers;
- Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs;
- Ensure team work, commitment and expectations alignment;
- Guarantee quality procedures and OutSystems behaviours.
Main requirements
- Customer-oriented and interpersonal skills;
- Strong understanding of customer orientation principles;
- High level of creativity and ability to innovate;
- Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals;
- Transparency and ability to establish trusting and supportive relationships;
- Availability to travel.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in technical services roles;
- Strong experience in web application development and process design (mandatory);
- Degree in computer science or other technical related field;
- Experience in using agile approaches;
- English: written and spoken fluency (mandatory);
- OutSystems project experience and certifications are a plus.
