Senior PE Associate recruitment
This role will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle from analysing valuing potential targets, to deal structuring, negotiation and execution. The firm are looking for the Partners of the future with the drive and potential to develop strong external networks, source new deals and manage transactions. Responsibilities include:
• Providing due diligence, financial valuations and additional analysis on potential investments for the Investment Committee
• Develop deal structures
• Assist with deal sourcing, marketing and fund raising efforts
Candidates will be fluent in Spanish or Swedish, display an exceptional academic background and very strong interpersonal skills, displaying the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and external clients. Candidates will have an excellent record of achievement gained within Investment Banking (MA/Leveraged Finance), Private Equity (Primary/Secondary/Fund of Fund), Transaction Services a leading accountancy practice. Candidates will display excellent commercial awareness, financial modeling analytical skills.
